MONKEYPOX VIRUS:

In May 2022 US EPA activated the Emerging Viral Pathogen guidance, currently in place for the Covid-19 virus, for the monkeypox virus by creating a List Q.

QuestSpecialty has 4 disinfectants which are on the List Q.

Phenomenals (3100, 3110, 3120): Monkeypox is caused by monkeypox virus. Phenomenal Hospital Disinfectant Deodorant kills similar viruses and therefore can be used against monkeypox virus when used in accordance with the directions for use against Adenovirus Type 5 or Infectious Canine Hepatitis Virus on hard, non-porous surfaces. Germ Away Foaming Germicidal Cleaner (2170): Monkeypox is caused by monkeypox virus. Germ Away Foaming Germicidal Cleaner kills similar viruses and therefore can be used against monkeypox virus when used in accordance with the directions for use against Canine Parvovirus on hard, non-porous surfaces.
